Three of my favourite flavours in one glass, now that's a perfect situation! The classic trio of strawberry, chocolate and coconut is both wholesome and naturally sweet, and full of flu-fighting vitamins. Trust me, you'll love this one xxxx
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup rice milk
2 frozen banana, chopped
2 tablespoons dessicated coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon almond butter
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon cacao
1 punnet strawberries
Extra half banana, sliced
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Press 4 slices of banana against a glass jar and place in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
Step 2- Meanwhile, add the coconut, frozen bananas, coconut and rice milk to your blender.
Step 3- Blend on high for about 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Then, take out half the mixture and set aside.
Step 4- Add the cacao, dates and almond butter to the mixture still in the blender and pulse. Then pour into the glass you have had sitting in the freezer, and place back inside.
Step 5- Next, clean the blender and then add in the mixture you have set aside. Add the strawberries and vanilla powder and pulse. When creamy, pout on top of the cacao mixture. This should make a couple of glasses.
Step 6- Top with some extra strawberries and banana if you like, and enjoy!
