Lush Triple Berry Smoothies
What's a girl to say but....yum! These perfect little jars of lush, creamy goodness are the perfect Summertime smoothie, and will leave you feeling completely energised and nourished.
For the smoothie, simply blend four frozen bananas, one cup of milk (I use coconut and almond), one to two cups of frozen strawberries, three tablespoons of maple syrup , three tablespoons of protein powder (vanilla or coconut flavour) and two tablespoons of shredded coconut. Top with some strawberries, blueberries and scrummy passionfruit. Serve in chilled small jars or a large glass. Hope you like, BB xxxx
