Green Nourish Bowl With Hommus
How scrummy is this? And super healthy too!
To make this nourish bowl, all I did was slice some avocado, cucumber, broccoli and toss in some lettuce. A drizzle of lemon and olive oil provided the finishing touch, in addition to a generous dollop of hummus.
If you are time-poor like me, you are most likely to buy the hummus, but there are a lot of great blogs on the internet which can provide you with a recipe.
All in all, the dish above took less than ten minutes to make, and it's super delish and packed full of vital nutrients.
Serve with your favourite bread or some crispy rice crackers.
