Double Berry Smoothie Topped With Fresh Watermelon, Passionfruit and Peaches
Thick, creamy smoothies are one of my all-time favourite foods. There are so many healthy and delicious varieties, and I tend to keep going back to recurring recipes and tweaking the ingredients. This version is perfect as a breakfast or snack throughout the day, and it keeps me full for at least four hours. Add some protein powder to the smoothie for an extra kick (and extra creaminess), or swap out the almond milk with coconut or rice milk. Hope you enjoy, BB xxxx
1 cup almond milk
3 frozen bananas, chopped
1/2 punnet frozen strawberries
1/2 punnet frozen raspberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 tablespoon maple syrup
3 tablespoon protein powder (optional, I use the brand RAW)
1/2 punnet strawberries, sliced
1 cup watermelon, sliced
1 peach, sliced
1 passionfruit (pulp of)
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Blend the banana, frozen berries, almond milk, protein powder, maple syrup and vanilla powder in a blender until smooth and creamy. Then pour into a large bowl.
Step 2- Next, simply top with your sliced fruit, and enjoy!
