Strawberry, Coconut & Fruit Chia
These healthy, nourishing fruit and strawberry chia cups are full of luscious strawberries, and they are packed with health, energising nutrients. You can add your favourite fruit according to what's in season. Hope you enjoy, BB xxx
Chia Breakfast Bowl Shopping List:
1 cup coconut milk
1/ 2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup chia seeds
Your favourite fresh fruit
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Pulse the strawberries and coconut milk in a blender until smooth and creamy, or whisk well, until full combined. Then, pour into a jar or airtight container, and add the chia seeds. Top with a lid, shake well, and then let set for at least four hours..
Step 2- Once set, pour into a bowl or glass jar and layer with your favourite fruit. I also sprinkled with some shredded coconut and rawnola.
