I truly, deeply love strawberries. They are perfect in smoothies, on their own, or as part of a delicious raw vegan dessert. One serving of strawberries contains approximately 33 kilocalories, is an excellent source of Vitamin C, a good source of magnesium, and provides several other vitamins and dietary minerals. 3/4 cup (100 g) ice cubes
1 1/2- 2 cups fresh strawberries, washend and hulled
1/4 cupalmond milk, coconut milk or rice milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Put ice cubes into a blender or food processor and blend until crushed.
Step 2- Add strawberries, almond milk and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
