Power Smoothie- Chocolate, Coconut & Banana
Here is a really simple and easy smoothie recipe for a quick and healthy breakast or a post-workout pick-me-up. You can tweak to suit your taste and it will last in the fridge for up to a day. To make this recipe raw, just replace the almond milk with coconut water. Hope you like, BB xxx
3 frozen bananas
1/ 2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon cacao
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoon protein powder ( I use Amazonia's RAW cacao and coconut flavour)
2 Medjool dates

Simply blend the base ingredients until smooth and creamy.
It will keep in the fridge for up to a day.
