Strawberry & Spinach Salad
This salad combines two of my favourite healthy ingredients- sweet, succulent strawberries and fresh spinach. Drizzle some healthy dressing over the crisp, green leaves, or simply eat on it's own so your meal is super clean. Accompany with some fresh gluten-free bread if you're looking for some filler. 1 packet fresh spinach and mixed leaves
1 punnet fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup almonds, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Simply chop and arrange the salad ingredients according to your taste, and assemble your salad. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
Step 2- Then, whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl, and drizzle over the salad. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
