Fresh Fruit & Coconut Cups
This will keep you happy!!! If you're feeling like an energising snack or healthy treat, this fruit and coconut cup will fill you with energy and nutrients. The recipe is full of berries, coconut yoghurt, mango and delectable fresh figs. For a raw option, simply swap out the coconut yoghurt with some healthy chia, which you can find in the recipe index. 1/2 cup raspberries & blueberries
500 grams coconut yogurt, berry or plain, or both!
3 tablespoons coconut
1 fresh fig
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Simply layer the fruit and yoghurt so it is all delicious and messy.
Step 2- Then, serve in a large glass cup or bowl, and drizzle with some coconut or almonds.
