Yum Breakfast Bowl
If there is one breakfast bowl that rises to the adjective "yum", it is this one! Not only is it full of healthy almonds, fruit and coconut yoghurt, it is free of dairy, gluten and sugar. I enjoy this when I need a wholesome, healthy start to the date, and you can experiment with the ingredients according to your taste. Hope you like, BB xxx
1/2 cup strawberries
1 kiwi fruit
200 grams cacao coconut yoghurt
500 grams coconut yoghurt
Handful of almonds
Sprinkles of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Layer the yoghurt, so it is all messy, and add the fresh fruit.
Step 2- Finally, sprinkle with some coconut, add some almonds, and drizzle with maple syrup. Yum!
