Easy Muesli Balls
Come ON. Who can say no to a magical muesli ball? You'll go crazy for these bite sized pieces of wholesome goodness, filled with healthy oats, coconut, dates, almond butter and maple syrup. Oh, and if you're feeling like a bit of fun, just add a touch of white chocolate for some morning sweetness! Hope you like, BB xxxx
1 cup oats
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut cream
1 / 2 jar almond or peanut butter
1/2 cup cranberries or some Medjool dates
1/2 cup almonds
The Bondi Baker Method.
Step 1- Just throw the ingredients into a food processor or mix in a bowl before you roll into generous sized balls.
Step 2- then, simply dip in some coconut and place in the fridge to firm.
