Yummiest Bliss Balls
Bliss balls are the sunflower of healthy treats! They are easy to make, full of happy goodness, and all you need to do is mix some almonds or macadamias, coconut, dates, almond butter and maple syrup into a food processor. Add a touch of coconut cream to help the texture stick together, and as always, you can adapt the recipe to suit your taste. BB xxxx
1 cup almonds or macadamias
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 / 2 jar almond butter
1/2 cup Medjool dates
1/3 cup coconut cream if the mixture needs stickiness

Step 1- Seriously, all you need to do is throw into a food processor or mix in a bowl before you roll into generous sized balls.
Step 2- Dip in some coconut and place in the fridge to firm.
