Choc-Vanilla Deluxe Smoothie
You got me....this, I ate in bed last night!!! It's completely irresistable, a super creamy, dairy-free smoothie full of chocolate, coconut and vanilla flavour and healthy fruits. Store in the fridge to snack on throughout the day, eat for breakfast, or indulge as a healthy deesert. Delish. BB xxx
500 grams cacao coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
500 grams vanilla coconut yoghurt
1 cup banana, strawberries and plums
Some rawnola or granola
Sprinkle of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice. I like to leave the pieces quite chunky.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar, and add some rawnola/granola and more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and enjoy any time of the day. It's perfect for breakfast, snacking or a healthy dessert.
