Superfood Sundae Smoothie
I am totally in love with this beautiful sundae smoothie, it has a touch of crunch which makes the texture truly delicious and just a little bit surprising. I ate one for dessert last night, but it is just as delish for breakfast, or any other time of the day! For a fruitier twist, add some whole berry fruit or banana and fresh plums if you like. BB xxx
500 grams berry coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
500 grams vanilla coconut yoghurt
1 cup banana, strawberries and plums
Some rawnola or granola, about a handful per glass
Sprinkle of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice. I like to leave the pieces quite chunky.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar, and add some rawnola/granola and more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and enjoy any time of the day. HEAVEN!
