Luxe Weekend Smoothie
This had me at hello!!! It's a super lush and creamy smoothie full of mango, orange, coconut and vanilla flavour and healthy fruits. You can add some blueberries and strawberries if you like, and store in the fridge to snack on throughout the day. Delish. BB xxx
500 grams cacao coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
500 grams mango coconut yoghurt
1 cup orange, strawberries and blueberries
Sprinkle of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice. I like to leave the pieces quite chunky.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and enjoy any time of the day. It's perfect for breakfast, snacking or a healthy dessert. LOVE!
