Totally Yum Breakfast Bowl
Hello! This all-time vegan breakfast bowl is full of one of my favourite flavour combinations of chocolate, coconut and strawberries. It's dairy-free and sugar-free, but packed to the brim with creamy deliciousness. Oh, and to add a bit of texture I threw in some rawnola and some sugar-free coconut ice which you can search for in the recipe index. Yum! BB xxx
500 grams coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
500 grams cacao coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup gluten free granola or rawnola
Some coconut ice which you can find in the recipe index
A sprinkle of coconut (optional)
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Get ready!!! Place the strawberries on the kitchen top and slice to your taste.
Step 2- Layer the granola or rawnola, fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Then, add a piece of coconut ice or just sprinkle with some coconut. Double deliciousness!
