Yum Choc-Coconut & Banana Breakfast Bowl
This healthy treat breakfast bowl is a wholesome taste-fest of delicious superfoods and indulgence, full of chocolate, coconut and vanilla flavour and healthy fruits. You can add some gluten-free granola or rawnola like I did for some extra crunch and nutrition. Yum! BB xxx
800 grams cacao coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
200 grams vanilla & coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup plums
1 sliced banana
A sprinkle of coconut
1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
Some pieces of your favourite chocolate
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Hello! Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice.
Step 2- Layer the fruit, granola/rawnola and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar, and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, add a couple of pieces of your favourite organic chocolate, drizzle some almond butter, and enjoy any time of the day.
