Choc-Coconut Crunch Smoothie
These two were made for each other xxxxxxx Both smoothies are full of cacao, coconut and vanilla flavour, crunchy rice crisps and healthy fruits. You can add some macadamia butter or almond butter if you like, and store in the fridge to snack on throughout the day. Hope you enjoy, BB xxx
500 grams cacao coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
500 grams vanilla & coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup plums and red apple
1 sliced banana
Some rawnola, rice crisps, granola or buckinis
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice. I left the pieces quite chunky.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar, spoon in some granola or rawnola, and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and enjoy any time of the day. It's perfect for breakfast, snacking or as a healthy dessert.
