Healthy Celebration Smoothie
Are you ready to celebrate with me?! This healthy, fruit-filled smoothie is the perfect dessert or breakfast, and it's dedicated to my friend Lee who has a birthday today! So, go ahead and try this bonanza of berry flavour, full of energising nutrients. You can eat anytime of the day, and change the quantities accordingly. Yum! BB xxx
800 grams coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
200 grams berry coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1 sliced banana
1 sliced kiwi fruit
1/4 cup blueberries
A sprinkle of coconut and drizzle of honey
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- It's Club Tropicana time! Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice. I left the pieces quite chunky.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and enjoy any time of the day.
