Vitamin C Smoothie Bowl
This fruit and coconut yoghurt smoothie bowl is super healthy and full of fruity flavour. Eat at anytime of the day or as a healthy dessert after dinner. Yum! BB xxx
800 grams coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
200 grams berry or mango coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1 sliced banana
1 cup blueberries
1 kiwi fruit, sliced and peeled
A sprinkle of coconut, pulp of passionfruit, and touch of mint
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice. I left the pieces quite chunky.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut, drizzle some passionfruit or add a bit of fresh mint, and enjoy any time of the day.
