Paradise Smoothie Bowl
Morning! Trust me, you can get all the awesome vitamins and minerals you need in one of these Paradise Bowls. Lately, I've been loving me some berries and banana, so this recipe includes these fruity gems, along with some crunchy gluten free granola and almonds. It's an all-day healthy snack, meal or dessert! BB xxx
1 1/2 cups mixed berries and sliced banana
1 cup rawnola or granola, with a handful of almonds
500- 800 grams coconut berry yoghurt
Handful of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place all your fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit, granola, nuts and yoghurt as desired in a glass bowl or jar, and then sprinkle coconut on top.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate, and enjoy on its own, or top with some chunks of organic white chocolate like I did for the photo!
