Squishy & Totally Yum Chocolate Slice
This is SQUISHY and totally yum!! It's a super tasty, totally delicious chocolate slice full of healthy melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. You can replace the almond butter with peanut or macadamia butter, and you might want to add some extra maple syrup to the middle layer based on your taste. BB xxxx
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup Medjool dates
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1/2 cup almond cacao butter
1 cup Medjool dates
1/4 cup almond butter
2 tablespoon cacao almond butter
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- For the base, place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and sticky. Then place in the fridge for an hour.
Step 2- For the middle, blend the ingredients until fully smooth and creamy. Then place in the fridge for at least four hours.
Step 3- For the top layer, pulse together all ingredients in the food processor and then pour on top of the middle. Then place in the fridge for at least three hours (or the freezer). I drizzled some almond butter over the top before eating and for the photo.
