Yum Breakfast Bowl
This is my breakfast today! It's the latest version of our healthy vegan superbowl and it includes banana, sweet pears, gluten free powermix and creamy coconut yoghurt. This is packed full of vitamins and nutrients, and deliciously light but filling. Go ahead and enjoy! BB xxx
2 apples, chopped
2 pears, chopped
Some shredded coconut
800 grams coconut yoghurt
1 cup home made powermix using gluten free oats and dried fruits
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place the fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add the powermix just before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 3- Top again with yoghurt and fruit, and spoon the mixture onto each plate. Eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
