Chocolate Toffee Coconut Parfait
If this rainy weather is getting you down, just treat yourself to this completely beautiful chocolate & coconut parfait. It's got protein-packed almonds, leftover raw vegan snickers bar, and juicy red apples. If you don't feel up to making the slice, you can replace with gluten-free granola. BB xxx
3 tablespoons almond butter
2 sliced apples
1 piece of raw vegan snickers bar, crumbled (earch recipe index), or replace with gluten-free granola or rawnola
800 grams coconut yoghurt
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place all your fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt as desired in a glass bowl and then sprinkle the slice (or granola) and drizzle the almond butter on top.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate, and enjoy!
