Mouthwatering White Chocolate Fudge Slice
These are awesome. Pure, organic, melt-in-your-mouth awesomeness in one jumbo sized fudgy bar, packed with almonds, coconut, lush chocolate and dates! Adjust ingredients so the consistency suits your taste- you might want a few more dates in the middle and a little bit less chocolate. BB xxxx
1 cup almonds
½ cup macadamias
1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 tablespoon cacao
15 Medjool dates
1/4 cup almond butter
2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoon coconut milk
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
or melt 2 bars Loving Earth chocolate as a substitute to the above
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- For the base, place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and sticky. Then place in the fridge for an hour.
Step 2- Pour the dates and almond butter into the food processor and pulse until creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined. Then place in the fridge for at least four hours (or the freezer).
Step 3- For the topping pulse together all ingredients in the food processor and then pour on top of the caramel middle. Then place in the fridge for at least three hours (or the freezer).
