Mother's Day Mango & Choc-Berry Smoothie
Oh wow. This one's for YOU. And even though it's super delicious, it looks a lot naughtier than it is! Indeed, it's full of awesome superfoods, all packed into one luscious chocolate, raspberry & mango power smoothie that is dairy-free, sugar-free and gluten-free. Yum! BB xxx
800 grams mango coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
200 grams cacao coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup raspberries and mango
A sprinkle of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top. I left the raspberries whole for this one.
Step 3- Sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and share with your favourite person in the universe or enjoy all by your beautiful self.
