Chocolate & Coconut Vegan Valentine's Day Smoothie
This one's for the lovers!!!! Celebrate Valentines Day with this luscious chocolate, raspberry & mango love smoothie, full of awesome superfoods and wholesome goodness. BB xxx
800 grams mango coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
200 grams cacao coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup raspberries and mango
A sprinkle of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Place all your favourite fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for an hour.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate, sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and eat with your favourite person in the universe!!!!
