Vegan Love Smoothie
Healthy, luscious vegan super-treat! I call this version the love smoothie, and it includes some cacao, coconut and creamy raspberry chia jam! BB xxx
800 grams berry coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
200 grams cacao coconut yoghurt
2 tablespoons chia raspberry jam
Fresh raspberries and grapes (you can replace grapes with blueberries or strawberries)
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Place all your favourite fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for an hour.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate, sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
