Chocolate & Coconut Bliss Balls
Yep, that's right. These easy breezey chocolate & coconut bliss balls are the bomb. Full of wholesome, healthy nutrients, they're easy breezey to make and have all your favourite ingredients rolled into one. Just process some coconut, almonds, oats and dates, and a few more of your favourite things and.....you're done! BB xxxx
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup coconut
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 /2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup medjool dates
2 tablespoons cacao
1 tablespoon coconut cream (or more. This is the glue to help give you a creamy texture)
The Bondi Baker Method.
Step 1- So easy!!!! All you need to do is throw the ingredients into a food processor and then split the mixture in half- one for the cacao version and one for the peanut butter batch. If you need it to be a bit more sticky, add a tablespoon of coconut cream.
Step 2- Then just dip in some coconut and place in the fridge to firm.
