Heaven Sent Chocolate, Coconut & Caramel Slice
Oh my......I am in love. This super creamy, totally decadent raw vegan treat is one of my new faves and super easy to make!!!! Drizzle some awesome raw vegan chocolate over the top, add some with fresh berries, and enjoy!!!! BB xxx
1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
1 cup coconut
Coconut cream to help the consistency
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 cups cashews
1 1/2 cups dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
Beans from one vanilla pod (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
1/4 cup cacao
3 tablespoons raw chocolate
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- To make the crust: process the Ingredients until they stick together. This is where you use your coconut cream to help bind, one or two tablespoons should do. Press into the bottom of a spring form pan and put in the fridge. I made my base really thick.
Step 2- To make the cheesecake just blend all the ingredients until very smooth. This can take up to ten minutes. Set in the freezer overnight and then drizzle with chocolate the next day!
