Chocolate, Berry & Coconut Smoothie
This one's for the chocolate lovers!!! Full of awesome superfoods and wholesome goodness, this healthy vegan treat comes with lashings of chocolate coconut yoghurt. It's heartbreakingly heavenly! BB xxx
800 grams chocolate coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
200 grams vanilla coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup raspberries and strawberries
A sprinkle of coconut
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Place all your favourite fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt in a glass bowl or jar and add some more yoghurt just before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for an hour.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate, sprinkle with some coconut and more fruit, and eat with your favourite person in the universe!!!!
