Double Berry Chia & Fresh Fruit Platter
This deluxe fruit and chia platter is overflowing with essential nutrients, and it will keep you energised and full of healthy goodness. You can mix up the fruit according to your taste and what's in season. Hope you enjoy, BB xxx
Chia Shopping List:
1 cup coconut milk
1/ 2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup chia seeds
Some pineapple, kiwi fruit, banana and mixed berries
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Pulse the raspberries and coconut milk in a blender until smooth and creamy, or whisk well, until full combined. Then, pour into a jar or airtight container, and add the chia seeds. Top with a lid, shake well, and then let set for at least four hourse.
Step 2- Once set, pour into the middle of your platter, and surround with your favourite fruit. You can also sprinkle with some shredded coconut and rawnola.
