Easy Protein Bites
This variation of the trusty protein balls is super easy to make and the macadamias and coconut together taste completely delicious. You can eat them for a pre-gym snack or in between meals pick-me-up.
5-8 Medjool dates
1 teaspoon protein powder
1 1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup macadamias
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons cacao
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Process the macadamias in a food processor until powder like.
Step 2- Then, process the rest of the ingredients so the mixture sticks together like a sticky dough. If you feel it is too dry, add some more macadamia oil or dates. If it is too wet, add some more coconuts or macadamias.
Step 3- Then, start rolling balls in the palm of your hand and dip some extra coconut or leave as is.
Step 4- Place in the fridge for an hour to firm and the eat!!!!
