Deluxe Chocolate & Strawberry Coconut Shakes
These wholesome, nutritious shakes are a vitamin packed breakfast full of luscious flavour. You can adapt the recipe to suit your taste by mixing up the fruit. Top with some coconut, tropical fruit and fresh berries. Hope you like, BB xxx
2 cups coconut yoghurt (mix of coconut & coconut cacao)
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
Fruit for topping, I chose banana, mango, fig and berries
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Wash the raspberries and put 1 cup of them together with the bananas and vanilla powder in a high-speed blender. Blend until it's a smooth and fine raspberry smoothie.
Step 2- Fill the raspberry mixture in a glass and top with coconut yoghurt. Top wth fresh fruit.
Step 3- Spoon coconut yoghurt and cacao coconut yoghurt into a tall glass and stir thoroughly. Then top with some berries and banana.
