Fresh Fruit Nourish Bowl
These fresh and fun bowls of nature's candy are full of love and nutrition. I'm on a bit of a tropical fruit kick at the moment, so the ingredient list has lots of luscious pineapple, mango and watermelon. You can adapt to suit your taste and what you have in your fridge. Hope you like, BB xxx
1 kiwi fruit, sliced
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup mixed berries
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Chop all of the fruit into large, chunky pieces and layer in a bowl.
Step 2- Eat all on it's own, or top with some shredded coconut and almonds.
