Fresh Fig, Berry & Kiwi Fruit With Raspberry Chia
This is one my favourite ways to start the day. The recipe is full of delicious fresh fruit and healthy chia (which you can search for in the recipe index). Alternatively you can use coconut yoghurt instead. Hope you enjoy, BB xxx
1/2 cup raspberries
1 kiwi fruit
1 fresh fig
1 cup chia of your choice or coconut yoghurt
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Search the recipe index for raspberry, mango or chocolate chia and fill to about 3/4 of your bowl or glass. Alternatively, you can use some coconut yoghurt.
Step 2- Then, slice the fruit and arrange on top. Yum!
