Coconut Chia & Fresh Fruit Bowl
Naturally sweet. Deliciously coconut-y. And, if that wasn't enough, it's full of fresh figs, juicy kiwi fruits, and gorgeous little raspberries. You can enjoy this for breakfast, or even as a pudding and after-dinner healthy dessert. Hope you enjoy, BB xxx
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
1/4 cup coconut, shredded
1/4 cup chia seeds
Fresh fig, kiwi fruit & raspberries
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- For the chia, add all ingredients (except the fruit) to an airtight container. Then allow to set overnight in the fridge.
Step 2- Once this is set, slice the fruit and then place on top of the chia. You can refrigerate any leftovers.
