Vegan Chocolate Mousse With Fresh Figs & Berries

2 chopped medium sweet potatoes
1/2 cup Medjool dates
1/4 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoon almond butter
4 tablespoons cacao
Fig & berries to top
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Roast the sweet potatoes on baking paper until they are tender.
Step 2- Then, place in the food processor with the remaining ingredients and process until deliciously creamy.
Step 3- Finally, stop with the fig and berries. Easy....and yum!
