Deluxe Fruit, Raspberry Chia & Almond Butter Cups
You can pick from two recipes here- a super fresh and easy fruit cup, or a slightly more decadent version with homemade rawnola. All you need for this is some macadamias, dates and maple syrup, or you can always buy some from your local health food store. Hope you like, BB xxx
For the rawnola:
1/2 cup macadamias
1/4 cup shredded coconut
10 pitted and sliced dates
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons almond butter
Your favurite fresh fruit, chopped chunky
Raspberry chia (optional, see recipe index)
Almond butter (optional)
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Place all of the ingredients for the rawnola in a food processor, and process until crumbly but sticky.
Step 2- Then, layer this mixture with your fruit, raspberry chia and some of the almond butter in tall glass jars. If you like, you can top with some extra coconut. Place in the fridge to set.
Step 3- When ready to serve, remove the from the fridge and top with more fruit or drizzle with some raw chocolate sauce (see recipe index). As an alternative dessert, you can make the delicious fresh fruit cups, simply layering your favourite chopped fruit in a tall glass jar.
