Vegan Berry & Coconut Parfait
Luscious jars of vegan sugar-free, dairy-free goodness that's full of berries and natural coconut yoghurt- and it will only take you ten minutes to make! Add your own favourite dried fruits and nuts or home made powermix. BB xxxx
3 cups berries, hulled and sliced (I use strawberries and raspberries)
800 grams coconut berry and vanilla yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
Home made powermix using gluten free oats and dried fruits
Living Earth white chocolate (optional)
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Place the fruit on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt as desired in a glass bowl and add the powermix before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate, top with the yummy white chocolate or some coconut and eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
