Triple Berry Chocolate Vegan Powerbowl
Completely awesome triple berry and chocolate superbowl that's dairyfree, sugarfree and glutenfree! Oh, and I also added some yummy chunks of the raw coconut slice from Sunday's post with a cup of homemade glutenfree powermix. BB xxxx
3 cups mixed strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
800 grams coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
800 grams cacao coconut yoghurt
1 cup home made powermix using gluten free oats and dried fruits
3 chuncks of raw vegan coconut ice (from Monday's post)
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Place all your favourite fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt as desired in a glass bowl and add the powermix just before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate, add the coconut ice and eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
