Superfood Smoothie Superbowl
Luscious bowl of vegan sugar-free, dairy-free goodness that's full of berries, banana's, and natural coconut yoghurt- and it will only take you ten minutes to make! Add your own favourite dried fruits and nuts or home made powermix. BB xxxx
3 cup berries, hulled and sliced
3 bananas, sliced
1 peach, sliced
800 grams coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
500 grams cacao coconut yoghurt
Home made powermix using gluten free oats, and dried fruits such as pineapple and apricots
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Place all your favourite fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired.
Step 2- Layer the fruit and yoghurt as desired in a glass bowl and add the powermix just before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate or you can place in a container to take to work. Eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
