Perfect Peanut Butter Health Cookies
These healthy cookies are melt-in-your-mouth perfection and you can swap the peanut butter for almond butter or almond meal at your discretion. Gluten free and low on sugar, they are the perfect mid-morning energy boost! BB xxxx
1 cup oats
1/2 cup raisins and nuts
1 cup coconut
3 tablespoons peanut butter
Maple Syrup can be used for sweetening
The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- Just throw all the ingredients in a food processer for a couple of minutes until smooth.
Step 2- Then place one teaspoon of the mixture for each cookie onto a greased baking tray and leave 4 cm of space in-between. The cookies will join if there is not enough room between them! Flatten slightly on top and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve with a fresh juice or glass of cold milk.
