Muesli Health Balls
It's bliss in a ball! You'll go crazy for this bite sized moment of breakfast fantasy mixed with a bit of fun, with all your favourite ingredients rolled into one. Just mix some oats, coconut, cranberries, almond butter and maple syrup into a bowl and stir, and you can add a touch of white chocolate for some morning sweetness! 1 cup oats
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 / 2 jar almond or peanut butter
1/2 cup cranberries or some chopped dates
1/2 packet gluten free arrowroot biscuits
Chopped up organic white chocolate (Optional)

Step 1- So easy!!!! Seriously, all you need to do is throw into a food processor or mix in a bowl before you roll into generous sized balls.
Step 2- Dip in some coconut and place in the fridge to firm.
