Bondi Baker Bliss Balls
Yes, yes, I know the title of this post is putting it out there but it is true- these are blissful and they are balls! Like a million other gals and guys I have created my own version based on feedback from my friends and what is in the cupboard at the time of inspiration/motivation. Experiment with ingredients and create your own take on these blissful balls of health and fun. BB xxxx
1 jar of peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup oats
1 packet gluten free digestives
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons coconut oil
A handful of linseeds (optional)
The Bondi Baker Method.
Step 1- Crush digestive biscuits with a rolling pin or place into a food processor and then mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. The size of the ball you make is up to you so make it as big (or as small) as you like.
Step 2 - Roll your balls in some coconut - be generous.
Step 3 - Place them in the fridge for at least an hour to set and then, enjoy!
