Triple Berry Vegan Trifle
Triple berry vegan trifle using luscious fruits and delicious coconut yoghurt. It's sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and easy peasy to make! Oh, and you can throw together your own muesli by using gluten free oats and your favourite dried fruits and nuts. BB xxxx
3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup raspberries
3 apricots, sliced
1 cup apple puree (blended)
800 grams coconut yoghurt (you can add more or less depending on your taste)

The Bondi Baker Method
Step 1- This is super easy! Place all your favourite fruits on the kitchen top and slice as desired. I also blended 4 apples in the food processor for some juicy flavour.
Step 2- Layer the fruit, puree and yoghurt as desired in a glass bowl and add the muesli just before you get to the top. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 3- Spoon the mixture onto each plate or you can place in a container to take to work. For a healthy dessert, crumble some gluten free biscuit over each plate.
