This is the perfect example of how you have the power to be creative and develop your own signature dishes. It's a beautiful choice for a light lunch or dinner and it's also full of delicious tasting full of nutrients. I often adapt it based on what I have in the fridge, but the guacamole is a must! Step 1- Simply arrange your prepped and sliced ingredients on a platter. You can choose to serve raw, or drizzle with lemon and olive oil dressing.
Step 2- Mash together all the ingredients for the guacamole and spoon into a small dish.
